The conference Program details should be first available by mid 2009.

The strucutre of the conference will allow for discussion and networking with an emphasis on sharing – of research, practical projects, design concepts, visions.

Some parallel sessions will provide and opportunity for focused reporting and discussion on key themes, to encompass:

• Technology and social innovation
  
• Social and economic justice, community engagement
  
• Policy, governance and finance

The conference will allow for refereed papers as well as contributions where academic peer review is not required.
